The structure design of mobile charging piles

Abstract The simple instalment of mobile charging piles benefits for its convenient layout, while dynamic arrangements those through mode make up the insufficient number fixed piles, which meets growing demand under increasing popularity electric vehicles. According to application requirements CATIA software was used model structure, strength and reliability were analysed four load conditions. Our results have demonstrated that maximum deformation value structure is 3.07 mm, stress 134.41 MPa, within safety range selected materials. In addition, gravity centre pile located at bottom thus stability requirements. Taken together, our research provided a beneficial reference future engineering practice.
